Terms and Conditions KN77 – Official Platform Rules & Policies

1Definitions and Interpretation

In this Terms and Conditions document, the following words carry the meanings defined herein unless the context requires otherwise:

• "KN77" / "Platform" / "We" — refers to the online betting website and services operating under the domain kn77.wine.
• "Member" / "User" / "You" — refers to any individual who has registered and holds an active account on the kn77 platform.
• "Betting" — refers to any monetary bet placed by a Member on any sports, casino, or e-sports event available on the platform.
• "Account Funds" — refers to the available cash balance in a Member's account on the kn77 platform at any given time.
• "Bonus" — refers to any credits, vouchers, free money, or promotional benefits granted by kn77 to Members subject to specific conditions.
• "Withdrawal" — refers to the process of transferring funds from a Member's kn77 account to their bank account or digital wallet.
• "KYC" — abbreviation for Know Your Customer, which is the identity verification process conducted by kn77 to validate each Member's personal information.

Any terms not defined in this section shall be interpreted according to their common meaning within the context of the online gambling industry.

2Member Eligibility

Use of the kn77 platform is restricted to individuals who meet all of the following eligibility requirements:

• At least 18 years old on the date of registration.
• There are no legal restrictions or court orders prohibiting the individual from participating in gambling activities.
• Registering voluntarily in a personal capacity and not as a representative or agent of any third party.
• Has never had their account closed or suspended by kn77 previously due to a terms violation.
• Possessing full legal capacity to enter into binding agreements.

KN77 reserves the right to request proof of age from any Member at any time. If a Member is found to be under 18 years of age, the account will be terminated immediately and all funds will be forfeited in accordance with platform policy.

3User Account

Each Member is only permitted to hold one (1) account on the kn77 platform. Multiple account registrations are strictly prohibited and may result in the termination of all associated accounts along with forfeiture of funds.

• Members are fully responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their password and account login credentials.
• KN77 will not be held liable for any loss or damage arising from unauthorised access resulting from a Member's own negligence.
• Members must notify kn77 immediately if they suspect any unauthorised access to their account.
• Registered personal information must be accurate, complete, and kept up to date. Providing false information may result in account termination.
• KN77 reserves the right to suspend an account for security review without prior notice if suspicious activity is detected.

Members are not permitted to transfer, sell, or assign ownership of their account to any other party under any circumstances.

4Deposits and Withdrawals

Deposit: KN77 accepts deposits via a range of local Malaysian payment methods including Maybank, CIMB, Public Bank, RHB, Touch 'n Go eWallet, and GrabPay. All deposits are processed automatically and credited to your account within seconds.

• The minimum deposit amount is RM 30 per transaction unless otherwise stated.
• All deposits must originate from a bank account or digital wallet registered in the Member's own name.
• KN77 does not accept deposits from third parties or anonymous sources.

Withdrawal: Withdrawal requests will be processed within 15 to 30 minutes once verification is complete. The first withdrawal requires the Member to complete the KYC process beforehand.

• The minimum withdrawal amount is RM 50 per transaction.
• Withdrawals may only be made to a bank account or digital wallet registered in the same Member's name.
• KN77 reserves the right to request additional supporting documents before approving withdrawals that exceed certain limits.
• Funds derived from bonuses are subject to their own wagering requirements before they are eligible for withdrawal.

5Betting Rules

All bets placed on the kn77 platform are subject to the following rules:

• Bets that have been confirmed and accepted by the system are final and cannot be cancelled or amended.
• The odds displayed at the time a bet is placed are the odds that will be used to calculate winnings, regardless of any odds changes after the bet is accepted.
• KN77 reserves the right to void bets in the event of technical errors, odds errors, or proven fraud.
• Bets placed on events that have already started (in-play) are subject to separate live betting rules.
• In situations where the outcome of an event cannot be officially determined, bets may be voided and returned to the Member at kn77's discretion.

KN77 is not responsible for any losses arising from unexpected event outcomes, such as matches that are cancelled, postponed, or rescheduled to a different date.

The use of automated software, bots, or any tools that facilitate unfair bet placement is strictly prohibited and may result in account termination and forfeiture of winnings.

6Bonuses and Promotions

KN77 offers a variety of bonuses and promotions from time to time. All such offers are subject to the following terms:

• Each bonus has its own wagering requirement (rollover requirement) that must be fulfilled before bonus funds can be withdrawn.
• The welcome bonus is only available to new Members making their first deposit.
• Only one bonus may be activated at a time unless otherwise stated in the relevant promotion's terms.
• KN77 reserves the right to modify, suspend, or end any promotion at any time without prior notice.
• Any attempt to abuse or manipulate the bonus system — including the use of multiple accounts — will result in bonus cancellation and further action taken against the account in question.

7Identity Verification (KYC)

The Identity Verification (KYC) process is an industry-standard procedure required by kn77 for all Members before their first withdrawal is processed. The primary purpose of KYC is to protect Members from fraud and to uphold the integrity of the platform.

Documents that may be required during the KYC process include:

• A copy of a valid identity card (MyKad) or passport.
• Proof of current address (bank statement, utility bill, or other official document dated within the last 3 months).
• Bank statements or screenshots showing account information for payment method verification purposes.

The KYC process is typically completed within 24 working hours. Once KYC is successfully verified, Members do not need to repeat the process for subsequent withdrawals unless a re-verification is required for security reasons.

KN77 keeps all KYC documents strictly confidential and uses them solely for internal verification purposes. Data will not be shared with third parties without the Member's consent or a legal order.

8Prohibited Conduct

Members are prohibited from doing the following while using the kn77 platform:

• Registering or operating more than one account simultaneously or consecutively.
• Using false information, another person's identity, or falsified documents during registration or KYC.
• Transferring funds between different kn77 accounts to circumvent bonus requirements or betting limits.
• Using any automated software, scripts, bots, or artificial intelligence tools to assist in placing bets.
• Exploiting any bugs, system errors, or odds mistakes found on the platform.
• Engaging in any form of money laundering or illegal financial activity through the kn77 platform.
• Threatening, harassing, or causing distress to kn77 customer support staff.

Violation of any of the above prohibitions may result in immediate account suspension or termination, forfeiture of all funds and bonuses, and reporting to the relevant authorities where required.

9Liability Limit

KN77 shall not be liable under any circumstances for:

• Any financial losses incurred by a Member as a result of their own betting decisions.
• Service disruptions caused by factors beyond kn77's control, such as internet outages, natural disasters, or third-party infrastructure failures.
• Account access loss resulting from a Member's negligence in safeguarding their login credentials.
• Any sports or casino event outcome that does not favour the Member.

In all circumstances, kn77's maximum liability to any Member is limited to the amount of active funds in that Member's account at the time of the incident.

10Account Termination

Termination by Member: Members may request account closure at any time by contacting the kn77 customer support team. Any remaining balance (after deducting bonuses that have not met the wagering requirements) will be returned to the Member via their registered payment method.

Termination by KN77: KN77 reserves the right to terminate any Member's account without prior notice under the following circumstances:

• Violation of any provision in these Terms and Conditions.
• Suspected or proven fraud, money laundering, or illegal activity.
• Providing false information during registration or the KYC process.
• Abuse of the platform's bonus or promotion system.

In cases of termination due to a breach of terms, kn77 reserves the right to forfeit all funds associated with the violating activity.

11Responsible Gaming

KN77 is committed to promoting a healthy and responsible gambling culture. We recognise that gambling can become a problem for some individuals and we take this responsibility seriously.

Self-exclusion tools available to all Members on the kn77 platform:

• Deposit Limit — set daily, weekly, or monthly limits on the total deposit amount.
• Betting Limit — limit the maximum amount that can be wagered within a specified time period.
• Cool-off Period — take a temporary break from the platform for 24 hours up to 30 days.
• Self-Exclusion — the option to exclude yourself from the platform permanently or for a minimum period of 6 months.

12Amendment of Terms and Conditions
